After confirming that we are an amazing fit for one another, if you would like to move forward with reserving your date, a $950 flat rate deposit and signed contract are due to officially save your date. All payments and paperwork can be done online for your convenience! The remaining amount will be due four weeks before your wedding date, and payments can be made any time along the way as well.

We are more than willing to travel for engagement sessions or wedding days! If your wedding is outside of 60 miles of Bristol, VA, a milage cost of $0.65/mile will be added to your package price. If your wedding is more than 120 miles or well over two hours of driving outside of Bristol, VA, I require a hotel room for the night of the wedding. If your wedding is a destination wedding that requires a flight or other travel accommodations, it will be priced on an individual basis.

Yes!! Steven, my husband, is a non-negotiable part of our wedding experience! He is my second shooter for every single wedding, and an amazing assistant!

We love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done in order to keep everyone on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) We teach our couples how to pose and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from us!

Even if you have already had engagement photos taken, an engagement session with your wedding photographer is a vital part of the process. It allows you to get to know one another, get comfortable working together and prepare for the wedding day. Additionally, the engagement session is complimentary within the wedding photography package and does not affect the price of your package.

Absolutely! If you choose to add additional hours of coverage or albums to your package after booking, the totals will be added to your second invoice due one month before the wedding date. If you would like to add something to your package, it must be added before your second invoice is due.
